The Touch Clinic — operator of a 10-branch beauty and wellness network in Bangkok and the Dr.Touchh product brand — wanted to scale online revenue beyond physical clinics by enrolling thousands of independent Beauty Agents. The constraint: every order placed by an agent (online, social, or in-clinic) had to land in one backend, reconcile against the existing in-clinic POS, and trigger transparent commission payouts in real time.

We delivered The Touch Beauty Agent — a multichannel agent commerce platform on AWS, organized as a TypeScript microservices monorepo so feature teams ship independently against shared contracts. Every sales channel — the agent app, social touchpoints, and in-clinic POS — flows into a single order pipeline that ends in a commission ledger.

- AWS-native landing zone with microservices behind API Gateway, deployed on Lambda + Fargate
- TypeScript monorepo (Turborepo) with shared schemas, contract tests, and a single CI/CD pipeline
- Beauty Agent portal — order placement, customer assignment, and real-time commission view for every agent
- Order pipeline that reconciles online sales against the existing in-clinic POS across all 10 branches
- Commission engine — tier rules, claw-backs, and per-cycle payout files generated automatically
- Offline channel sync so in-person sales closed by agents land in the same ledger as online orders
