Explore Agentic AI Platform

Most enterprise software reacts. An agent acts. The Agentic AI Platform from HarmonyX is built around that distinction — giving global enterprises the infrastructure to deploy AI that pursues goals across tools, systems, and time, without a human in the loop for every step.

What makes an agent 'agentic' rather than a chatbot?

A chatbot completes a single turn: you ask, it answers, the session ends. An agentic system maintains state across many turns, issues sub-tasks to specialised agents or external tools, evaluates intermediate results, and decides whether to continue, retry, or escalate. The platform operationalises this loop with a persistent execution context, not a stateless prompt chain.

When should you use Multi-Agent Orchestration?

Single-agent designs are appropriate for linear, well-scoped tasks. Once a workflow branches — parallel document review, concurrent API calls to Core Banking and Core Insurance systems, or any task where one error should not stall the entire run — Multi-Agent Orchestration becomes the right pattern. The platform ships with a supervisor-worker topology and a shared message bus so agents can delegate without coupling.

Typical agent types deployed on the platform:

  • Research agents — retrieve, rank, and synthesise information from internal Knowledge Bases via RAG pipelines
  • Decision agents — apply business rules, call scoring APIs, and write structured outputs to downstream systems
  • Compliance agents — generate Audit Trail records and flag transactions requiring Human-in-the-Loop review under ธปท. or ก.ล.ต. thresholds
  • Integration agents — act as intelligent Middleware, translating between vendor APIs and Core Telco, Core Banking, or ERP schemas using Tool Use and Function Calling

How do Enterprise Guardrails work in practice?

Every agent action passes through a configurable Guardrails layer before it is executed. The layer evaluates output against policy schemas — data residency rules, PII redaction requirements, topic boundaries — and can block, rewrite, or route to a Human-in-the-Loop queue. Guardrails run synchronously in the execution path, not as a post-hoc review, so they cannot be bypassed by a fast agent loop. Audit Trail entries are Immutable Records that your compliance team can surface for a ธปท. examination or a MAS Technology Risk Management review without additional tooling.

Guardrails are not a safety net bolted on after the fact — they are a load-bearing wall in every agent's execution path.

RAG and the Knowledge Base layer

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) connects agents to proprietary data without fine-tuning the model. The platform maintains a managed Knowledge Base — ingestion pipelines, chunk strategy, embedding refresh schedules — so agents always retrieve from a current, permissioned corpus. Access controls are enforced at query time: an agent handling a retail customer cannot retrieve records scoped to a corporate banking tenant, regardless of how the prompt is constructed.

The Agent Marketplace and extensibility model

Prebuilt agents in the Agent Marketplace cover high-frequency enterprise tasks: supplier onboarding, regulatory document summarisation, incident triage, and customer data enrichment. Each marketplace agent exposes a versioned interface so it can be composed into a larger workflow without forking the underlying logic. Custom agents built by your team follow the same Connector standard, meaning they appear alongside platform agents in the orchestration canvas and inherit the same Guardrails, Observability, and Audit Layer without additional instrumentation.

If your team is evaluating Agentic AI for a regulated workflow — trade finance, insurance underwriting, telco provisioning, or government service delivery — speak with the HarmonyX engineering team. We scope deployments from a single pilot agent through to a full multi-agent Production environment, and we carry the integration work across your existing Core Banking, Core Insurance, or ERP estate.
