About the role

You will shape the technical direction of our platform engineering practice, setting standards for reliability, performance, and developer experience across client engagements.

What you'll do

Lead architecture for composable commerce and integration platforms
Set engineering standards for performance, reliability, and security
Pair-program and mentor senior engineers across teams
Drive technical decisions with clients at the CTO level

What we're looking for

8+ years building distributed systems in production
Deep expertise in TypeScript/Go/Rust and at least one cloud provider
Experience scaling systems to 50k+ concurrent users
Track record of leading technical direction

Nice to have

Experience with Adobe Commerce, Shopify, or other commerce platforms
SAP or ERP integration background
