About the role

You will lead design across a mix of engagements: composable commerce storefronts, data-heavy operations tools, customer portals, and AI-native features. You care about typography, accessibility, and the craft details that separate good products from great ones.

What you'll do

Own end-to-end design across commerce, enterprise tools, and AI-powered products
Lead user research and usability testing with enterprise customers
Establish and evolve design systems used across client engagements
Partner with engineering to ship pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces

What we're looking for

5+ years designing B2B or enterprise software
Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and craft across multiple product types
Fluent in Figma and component-driven design systems
Experience shipping products used by operations or business teams

Nice to have

Experience designing for AI, data-heavy, or agentic interfaces
Motion design or prototyping skills (Framer, Rive, Principle)
Familiarity with front-end code (HTML/CSS at minimum)
