About the role

As HarmonyX's Service & Solution Designer, you'll design enterprise products end-to-end — composable commerce storefronts, data-heavy operations dashboards, customer portals, and AI-native features that need brand-new UX patterns — with a high craft bar and a deep grasp of B2B user journeys. Our philosophy is Service → Solution → Impact: design so customers succeed, not just so screens look good.

This is more than a UX/UI role. You're a Service Designer who maps the whole service blueprint, a Solution Designer who connects product, technology, and business process, and a systems thinker who builds a design system multiple engagements share. You'll use AI tools as a daily co-pilot from research to handoff — and always validate the output yourself, because the designer owns quality.

What you'll do

Own design end-to-end across commerce, operations dashboards, customer portals, and AI-native products — from research to a handoff engineering can ship without major revision (Dev acceptance ≥ 90%)
Design AI-native and agentic experiences: streaming responses, uncertainty and human-in-the-loop states, agent progress, and Machine Experience (MX) patterns
Build service blueprints and customer journey maps (frontstage + backstage) that clients and the team use to make real decisions
Lead user research and usability testing, and turn insight into shipped design changes
Build and evolve a token-based, multi-brand design system (global → alias → component) that engineers consume directly
Design data-dense dashboards that stay readable — right chart types, clear information hierarchy, and enterprise B2B patterns
Run an AI-assisted workflow (Figma Make, Relume, v0, Dovetail, Maze, Claude) as a co-pilot to move faster while owning quality and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)

What we're looking for

5+ years designing B2B or enterprise software, with products shipped to production
A portfolio showing systems thinking and craft across multiple product types — commerce, dashboards, tools — not a single vertical
Expert in Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, and Variables / Design Tokens
Comfortable with data-dense interfaces and enterprise B2B patterns — role-based permissions, bulk actions, and complex workflows
Experience leading user research and building service blueprints or customer journey maps
Accessibility-first practice to WCAG 2.1 AA — contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen readers
Working proficiency in English; self-directed on ambiguous problems, driving them to shipped outcomes

Nice to have

Experience designing AI, agentic, or conversational interfaces (streaming, human-in-the-loop, MX patterns)
Fluent with the modern AI design stack — Figma Make, Relume, v0, Dovetail, Maze, Stark / axe DevTools
Motion and interaction design with prototyping (Framer, Rive)
Design-to-code collaboration: Figma Dev Mode, Figma MCP, and reading HTML/CSS (ideally React/Tailwind)
Design tokens at scale (Token Studio, Supernova) and multi-brand systems
Thai and English bilingual
