About the role

You will own delivery from prototype to production: retrieval, agent loops, tool schemas, evaluations, observability, and guardrails. Most agent demos break on reality; your job is to make them run unattended on the customer's messy data.

What you'll do

Design RAG pipelines, agent loops, and tool/structured-output contracts
Build eval suites (offline + online) that catch regressions before users do
Own model selection, deployment, and cost/latency trade-offs
Implement observability, guardrails, and governance (PDPA, EU AI Act)

What we're looking for

4+ years production software engineering, with 2+ on AI/LLM systems
Strong Python or TypeScript; fluent with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock)
Hands-on with at least one agent framework (LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Mastra, Pydantic AI, CrewAI)
Solid grasp of evaluation methodology and model-graded scoring

Nice to have

Experience with MCP servers, fine-tuning, or distillation
Published research or open-source contributions
Thai language proficiency
