About the role

This role is for the rare person who can sketch a flow in Figma, ship the React components, write the API, and still care about the empty-state copy. You ship small things fast and measure what happens.

What you'll do

Own user-facing features from design to ship, including analytics instrumentation
Work directly with customers during beta and early-release cycles
Keep UI and DX quality high across web and internal tools
Prototype new product bets in days, not weeks

What we're looking for

4+ years shipping full-stack products (React + Node/Go/Python)
Strong eye for UI and interaction details
Comfort writing product copy and interpreting usage analytics
Bias toward shipping and measuring over planning

Nice to have

Design tooling fluency (Figma, prototyping)
Experience integrating LLM features into user-facing products
