Own the roadmap for AI-powered products — from user research and evals to shipped features that customers keep using.

About the role

You will run the product cycle for products where the model is the feature. That means writing evals before PRDs, talking to users weekly, and making the hard trade-offs between quality, latency, and cost.

What you'll do

Define product strategy and measurable outcomes for AI features
Write evaluation criteria and lead dogfooding sessions
Partner with engineering on model selection, prompt design, and guardrails
Own launch readiness: onboarding, pricing, support playbooks

What we're looking for

4+ years product management, including 1+ year on AI/ML products
Comfort reading prompts, evaluation reports, and trace logs
Strong user research instincts and data literacy (SQL minimum)
Clear writing — your PRDs teach as well as they plan

Nice to have

Prior engineering or design background
Shipped a product on top of a foundation model API
